Build strength, increase flexibility, boost confidence, or simply try something new and exciting, our pole classes offer a journey for everyone.
Our Lyra (aerial hoop) classes offer a unique way to build strength, flexibility and confidence.
Our Beginner Lyra class is perfect for those new to aerial arts. You'll learn the basics of Lyra, including mounting the hoop, basic poses, and simple transitions.
Our Elementary and Intermediate classes offer more advanced tricks and transitions.
When you join our dance classes you will learn a routine over the course of our 8 week term.
Your instructor will choreograph a routine that is suitable for beginner students all the way up to our advanced students. Each term the style of the routine will change to keep things interesting.
Socks and knee pads essential, heels optional but recommended.
