OUR STUDIO

The studio is located in the upstairs area of the 24hr gym, Fitness Focus Dubbo. Enter through the main doors, say hi to reception, and keep walking until you locate the stairs. Walk up the stairs and enter the door at the top. This is where all the fun happens. 

Our poles are brass commercial grade Pussycat Poles, in 2 sizes: 8x 45mm, and 3x 38mm, all at a height of 3.2m. The poles are regularly changed between static and spinning, giving you the opportunity to experience the best of both worlds. Crash mats are available for your safety. 

Our studio is divided in to 2 sections: the pole area, and the mat area. The pole flooring allows you to turn and slide around the pole and seamlessly into you your floor work moves. The mat area is rubber gym flooring giving you some extra padding when working on strength and conditioning, or your acro moves. 

Lighting is soft and flattering, creating a safe and inviting feel while you dance and train. We also have an excellent sound system for blasting our favourite tunes to train to, and adequate space to store  your belongings. 

Aside from our poles, the studio houses alot of other equipment we use for strength and conditioning including dumbbells, kettle bells, slam balls, resistance bands, boxes and gym mats. We also have a selection of yoga mats, yoga blocks, straps and rollers for the stretch component of your classes. 

As we are located in the Fitness Focus building your will have access to free parking in the Fitness Focus car park. Reception closes at 7pm, but the gym remains open to those with 24hr access, which means you will not be leaving in the dark, plus there are security sensor lights in the car park

Should you require access after 7pm, an access tag will be organised for you.
