Pole & Lyra Classes
Our levels based program supports your journey from beginner to advanced. As your training progresses you will move through the Adore levels program. Mixed level classes are structured to support all levels.
Dance Classes
Join us each term for a new routine. Learn fun choreography and performance skills while getting a great workout. Socks and knee pads are essential. Pole heels are recommended, but optional.
Aerial Training
This weekly training session is the perfect chance to get extra practice. Open to students currently enrolled in a levels class. Please note: this session is for refining tricks from your current level only - no new tricks will be taught.
Stretch & Mobility
Enhance your mobility and flexibility in this stretch class designed to help you move and bend with ease.
The Collective
One class, endless possibilities. Discover a different style of movement, skill or experience each week.
Add on Classes
Aerial Training, Stretch & Mobility and The Collective. These classes are $12 per lesson when enrolling for the full term.
Casual Classes
Casual classes are available for all students, making it easy to drop in when you have some spare time in your busy schedule.
Private Class
Private classes can be arranged at the availability of our instructors and studio. The private rate covers up to 2 people.
